Payment and cancellation terms

Payment is made by card at the time of registration.

Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations received by 24 July 2026 will be refunded, subject to a 15 per cent administration charge. Cancellations received after 24 July 2026 are non-refundable. Registrations may be transferred to another person from the same organisation by notifying the Finland Arbitration Institute in advance.

Complimentary and guest passes are provided free of charge and are not subject to the above payment and cancellation terms.
