DESCRIPTION:Date: Sunday\, 13 April 2025\nTime: 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM CEST\nVenue: Palais Coburg\, Coburgbastei 4\, 1010 Vienna\nAbout the Event\nThe Finland Arbitration Institute invites you to an evening of celebration and networking at the historic Palais Coburg on the occasion of the 32nd Vis Moot. The FAI Gala will feature canapés\, a selection of local wines and refreshments\, and live music.\nFollowing a light festive program\, including greetings from the FAI Board and the Vis Moot Directors\, guests will enjoy a musical performance by Gabriel Kivivuori Sereno\, a classically trained singer\, accompanied by pianist Kiia Nordlund.\nA DJ will play ambient music throughout the evening\, while a photographer and videographer capture memorable moments of the event.\nThe event will be held in a standing reception format\, beginning at 6:30 PM and concluding at 10:00 PM. Participation is free of charge.\nDress Code\nCocktail Attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits with dress shirts (ties optional). Ladies may opt for cocktail dresses\, dressy separates\, or elegant jumpsuits.\nRegistration\nThis event is primarily aimed at arbitration practitioners\, academics\, in-house counsel\, and other professionals in the legal field. As space is limited\, we will review registrations and confirm participation on a rolling basis.
