DESCRIPTION:Date: Friday\, 4 April 2025\nTime: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM HKT\nVenue: Cardinal Point\, Forty-Five\, Gloucester Tower\, Landmark\, Central\, Hong Kong\nAbout the Event\nThe Finland Arbitration Institute invites you to an evening of celebration and networking at Cardinal Point\, a stunning rooftop venue offering panoramic views of Hong Kong’s skyline on the occasion of the 22nd Vis East Moot. The FAI Gala will feature warm canapés\, a selection of fine wines and refreshments\, and live music.\nFollowing a light festive program\, including greetings from the FAI Board and the Vis East Moot Directors\, guests will enjoy a musical performance by Gabriel Kivivuori Sereno\, a classically trained singer.\nA DJ will play ambient music throughout the evening\, while a photographer captures memorable moments of the event.\nIn case of inclement weather\, the event will be moved indoors\, and confirmed participants will be notified promptly of any changes.\nThe event will be held in a standing reception format\, beginning at 7:00 PM and concluding at 10:00 PM. Participation is free of charge.\nDress Code\nCocktail Attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits with dress shirts (ties optional). Ladies may opt for cocktail dresses\, dressy separates\, or elegant jumpsuits. Consider bringing a light layer in case of cooler evening temperatures.\nRegistration\nThis event is primarily aimed at arbitration practitioners\, academics\, in-house counsel\, and other professionals in the legal field. As space is limited\, we will review registrations and confirm participation on a rolling basis.
