About the Event
The Finland Arbitration Institute invites you to a panel discussion, hosted by Withers, exploring how both legal traditions and broader cultural factors influence arbitration practice across jurisdictions. The panel will offer diverse perspectives from practitioners with experience in the Nordics, Asia, and beyond, discussing differences in procedural approaches, evidentiary standards, case presentation, and the role of arbitrators, among other aspects.

The event will begin at 6:30 PM, followed by a networking reception with food and drinks from 7:45 PM onwards. Participation is free of charge.
Registration
This event is primarily aimed at arbitration practitioners, academics, in-house counsel, and other professionals in the legal field. Students participating in the Vis East Moot are also welcome to register. As space is limited, we will review registrations and confirm participation on a rolling basis. Early registration is encouraged.
