About the Event

The Finland Arbitration Institute and ArbitralWomen invite you to a panel discussion exploring how personal factors such as nationality, gender, ethnicity, education, and cultural background influence careers in international arbitration—and how practitioners can take ownership of their professional narratives.

Confirmed speakers include:

The event will begin at 3:00 PM and will conclude around 4:30 PM. Participation is free of charge.

This event is open to arbitration practitioners, academics, in-house counsel, and other professionals in the legal field, as well as all students participating in the Vis Moot. As space is limited, we will review registrations and confirm participation on a rolling basis. Early registration is encouraged.
