About the Event

The Finland Arbitration Institute invites you to an evening of celebration and networking at the historic Palais Coburg on the occasion of the 32nd Vis Moot. The FAI Gala will feature warm canapés, a selection of fine wines and refreshments, and live music.

Following a light festive program, including greetings from the FAI Board and the Vis Moot Directors, guests will enjoy a musical performance by Gabriel Kivivuori Sereno, a classically trained singer, accompanied by pianist Kiia Nordlund.

A DJ will play ambient music throughout the evening, while a photographer and videographer capture memorable moments of the event.

The event will be held in a standing reception format, beginning at 6:30 PM and concluding at 10:00 PM. Participation is free of charge.

Dress Code

Cocktail Attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits with dress shirts (ties optional). Ladies may opt for cocktail dresses, dressy separates, or elegant jumpsuits.

Registration

This event is primarily aimed at arbitration practitioners, academics, in-house counsel, and other professionals in the legal field. As space is limited, we will review registrations and confirm participation on a rolling basis. Early registration is encouraged.
